About us

Established in 1988, the Spitfires Wheelchair Basketball Club has been part of Stoke-on-Trent’s sporting community for over three decades.
We give people the chance to experience the speed, skill and teamwork of wheelchair basketball, whether you’re looking to compete, get fit, or simply enjoy the game.
The Spitfires currently play in the UKWB Development League and the BWB Motability Scheme Inspire League, offering opportunities for all experience levels to get involved and grow th
eir game.

Come and Train with Us

Who can join?

Sessions are open to anyone who wants to get involved, whether you're completely new to wheelchair basketball or returning after a break.

What to bring?

No equipment? No problem. We'll provide everything you need, including sports wheelchairs and basketballs. Just bring yourself and a positive attitude!

When is training?

Juniors

Sundays - 11:00am - 12:00pm

 

Adults

Tuesdays 7:00pm - 9:00pm
